How does the service work?

We arrange with you to pick up your bank statements, credit card statements, sales invoices and receipts and we process all transactions on the software and give you a full set of financial statements within the agreed time. You can even book online above at a time that suits you!

What software packages do you use?

The standard packages offered to all customers are Sage, Quickbooks or Xero but we have extensive experience within the team of using a large number of other packages for specific industries and sizes of company and we can provide input to those either remotely or directly from the desktop

Can you provide Payroll, VAT, CIS and Tax services ?

Yes we can. The team have experience in providing annual, quarterly or monthly services for Payroll, VAT, CIS, Corporation Tax and are able to process your HMRC online submissions for you.

Can you provide a full range of bespoke financial reports for my bank?

Yes we can. The service we provide and the reports you need to run your business can be produced to suit your needs and can include cashflows, business plans and financial forecasts to meet your banks current needs or for applications to lenders for loans to fund future growth.

Can you provide Sales Invoicing and Credit Control Services?

Yes we can. The team include members with credit control experience and can assist you the collection of outstanding debts and legal proceedings in relation to this.

Can you provide a short term cover service?

Yes we can. The team can provide services for a single one-off requirement like a loan application, a short term service to cover for illness or maternity or the normal long term permanent service.

Can you provide a regular monthly service for a local SME Company on a day per week?

Yes we can. We are used to providing our services for all sizes of business from the sole trader who wants his annual returns completed up to the SME with £1,000,000 annual turnover who has 100's of transactions per week and needs someone one day per week to keep the accounts up to date.
